A striking innovative Sheffield new build, this modern building uses traditional materials with a contemporary twist.
Rendis designed and installed an CTC Air Source Heat Pump System to take care of the environment and local neighbourhood. The build included local sourced sandstone for the façade which was dyed to look more weathered, tongue and groove panels made of local oak soften the look and reflect the woodland setting. The zinc cantilever extension to the master bedroom is a nod to the city’s industrial heritage.
