Rendis designed and installed an efficient Keston 45 kW Gas Heating System with a CTC EcoZenith Intelligent Thermal Store. The Under-Floor Heating system consists of both Emmeti (screed) and Solfex (over boarding). All controlled by the latest Heatmiser Pinhole Nibble Sensors for a beautiful flush finish. A BWT water filtration system was installed to provide this London property with crystal clear drinking water. Connecting to a BWT water softener system to protect the life of the appliances and quality laundry facilities. All the bathrooms were installed with DornBracht, the finest in bathroom fixtures for this extraordinary home.
